  • How can I extend the warranty on my product?

    All our products are covered by a standard one-year warranty. Some products are eligible for an extended warranty. To extend the warranty on your product:
    1. Go to the "Services" tab.
    2. Select "Extend your warranty" form.
    3. Fill out the available form to benefit from an extension of one or two years, depending on the product purchased.

  • How can I check if my product is still under warranty?

    All our products are guaranteed 1 year from the date of purchase (invoice). However, if you registered an eligible product, you will receive one or 2 additional years of warranty. For more information and terms, please consult the General Sales and Conditions (GSC).
